This session will provide guidance for the effective, organization-wide adoption of ProjectWise. We’ll discuss strategies for success in the areas of scalability, availability, usability, implementation and organizational change.
Best Practices for Organization-Wide Implementations of eB and ProjectWise (Thursday, 8AM, Room 103A)
Based on lessons learned from previous projects, this session will provide guidance for the effective, organization-wide adoption of Bentley’s Engineering Information Management solutions. The session first will provide a practical, high level discussion of what the EIM offering is under the hood, then we’ll discuss strategies for success in the areas of implementation, increasing the number of use cases covered by the solution and organizational change.
I get it that some annual conferences aren’t that different year on year. I can forgive someone for only attending a conference, even Bentley’s, every other year.
But the 2012 event is going to be a good one for those involved in EIM to attend due to the new versions, new features and announcements. In all, there will be 51 EIM related sessions to choose from. Of course…the two above will be the best. Hope to see you there…Al
